The Downtown Improvement Grant contract requires work to begin within 90 days of the award date. The contract was signed August 11, 2025. If construction has not started, confirm the status of this deadline with Main Street Greeneville immediately — this is separate from the July 1, 2027 fund-disbursement deadline.
